• This session will explore the role of Distribution Network Operators (DNOS) in EV charging infrastructure and their impact on grid connections and constraints. Attendees will interact with DNO experts to gain insights into their processes and identify ways to expedite them.
• Highlighting the costs associated with upgrading the power grid to provide sufficient power for charging and the investment required to ensure the distribution network can cope with the increased demand.
• Outlining the recent legislative changes that allow DNOS to upgrade grids before the need arises and explore ways to source and provide enough power to meet the growing demand.
